Just tried to use drive thru closed, with note that said no drive-thru. Tried to go inside and another note said dine in closed use drive thru?!! People inside and lights on, completely ignored. Worst service ever, this place has steadily gone down hill. Wasted time and gas coming from another town just to eat there isn’t worth it anymore

I will be more than happy to remove this review if there is an appropriate responses. Me and my dad where here on Father’s Day and got The Big Willie the crawdads, shrimp, and crab where all good but when we got to the bottom of the bucket we found a different kind of bug…. A large wolf spider was sloshing around in the juices that our food had been soaking in. Not a single time has our online order been correct or ready when they state. Candidly, I don’t know how this place is still in business. The last two times we have ordered online the order goes through and we show up about ten minutes late (because it’s never ready on time) and they tell us they don’t have the food we ordered and it will be a week before they can refund the money. No call, no text, no email, no discount for the hassle - nothing. They wait until you get there to let you know. Worst customer service experienc... read more
