I have tried to contact easy water for a month via calls that never get answered and emails. At the latest refill from one of their recommended area plumbers the 3 tanks were reset to run every 3 days at the exact same time caused Tim’s of issues with our sump pump. I used to be able to change the days and times but the control panel is locked after that visit. Zero support to help me fix this issue. Need to investigate what is going on with this company! I have one of the Easy Water systems and have repeatedly telephoned to obtain residential technical support. They never answer the phone; if I had known how poor the system support is, I would have never purchased the unit. Buyer beware!
Tried contacting and calling multiple times. I have a control panel that stopped working on my iron shield filter. There's also no rubber gasket so bugs were able to get inside to the electronics. They said they've been bought out recently by Watts Water Technologies and said they'd get back to me soon, but it's been three weeks. Tried following up multiple times and no response. FRAUD AND SCAM. STAY AWAY. Ordered a water system that did not work in my home, switched to different system and have been waiting on a refund of the difference in cost since October. Keep getting run around about refund. Now plumber is placing a lien on my property for non payment of services so I will have to pay the plumber, which was paid by me to EasyWater. I do not recommend this company. If I could give negative stars I would.
FRAUD. MISREPRESENTATION. THEFT BY DECEPTION—-STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased a $6000.00 water filtration system and equipment immediately started malfunctioning and giving codes. Salesperson Bryce Kalen would not return calls or emails once he received payment. Fast talking con artist? This place appears to be a total scam. Save your money!
