Tried contacting and calling multiple times. I have a control panel that stopped working on my iron shield filter. There's also no rubber gasket so bugs were able to get inside to the electronics. They said they've been bought out recently by Watts Water Technologies and said they'd get back to me soon, but it's been three weeks. Tried following up multiple times and no response. FRAUD AND SCAM. STAY AWAY. Ordered a water system that did not work in my home, switched to different system and have been waiting on a refund of the difference in cost since October. Keep getting run around about refund. Now plumber is placing a lien on my property for non payment of services so I will have to pay the plumber, which was paid by me to EasyWater. I do not recommend this company. If I could give negative stars I would.
FRAUD. MISREPRESENTATION. THEFT BY DECEPTION—-STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased a $6000.00 water filtration system and equipment immediately started malfunctioning and giving codes. Salesperson Bryce Kalen would not return calls or emails once he received payment. Fast talking con artist? This place appears to be a total scam. Save your money!
BUYER BEWARE – SCAM ALERT Good luck getting anyone on the phone because they don’t answer! This company is dishonest and operates in a highly deceptive manner. I dealt with a sales representative named Jacob!! for nearly three weeks, during which he repeatedly lied about sending a tracking number “the next day.” No tracking number was ever provided, and he consistently ignored phone calls and texts—clearly avoiding any written communication.
