We have entrusted out pets to Dr. Tolly at Easy vet for years but after our last sick cat follow up visit with Dr. Lehner, the associate vet, we will not be going back. It took 7 days to get meds from an online pharmacy. I emailed and called office to get update on meds - - with no response. So disappointed.
JoJo needed 2nd shot and had broken out of box on the way. Thankfully, I did have a collar and leash on him as well. In the waiting room, rather than stress JoJo with transferring him to a room- they simply gave him a shot while he was on my lap in the waiting room. It was best for JoJo. Easiest for all! Yeah! JoJo was a stray in a woods in Wisconsin who I DID NOT leave behind. His girlfriend, from the same woods, is Miss Brownie. JoJo doesn't trust others too well but loves me. Thanks EasyVet for understanding
Easyvet is always there for me and my cats and has a staff full of wonderful, caring people! As an anxious pet parent, they always listen to my concerns and are able to help me understand what’s going on with a clear head. There are vets offices closer to me, but I am always happy to make the trip to them. Easy, affordable, so comprehensive and caring, they’re just the best!
We adopted a tiny kitten and her visit with Easy vet was phenomenal. This vet is always really fun to go too because tge staff and veterinarians have outstanding personalities with expertise. So thankful to have found this vet office
Dr. Rachel and staff treat my dogs with lots of love. They are very good at answering questions and following up after visits. Very responsive to requests.
