My Niece wanted to schedule a euthanasia for her frenchie. These people had the audacity to try and make her do more test to “confirm a diagnosis”. When two neurosurgeons look at him and said there’s no point adding on more debt when it’s clear as day he has severe IVDD. A technician insinuated that my niece didn’t love her dog enough. The surgeons told her the best option is euthanasia due to how severe his IVDD is. I advise anyone to go elsewhere for anything as this place lacks compassion, empathy, and is money hungry. We really enjoy this vet clinic! I have 2 senior animals, and they handle their care so well and are very good at educating us as owners. All the staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Motley is really good at recommending proper care for our pets.
I am not one to write reviews anywhere, but I feel the need to express the sheer satisfaction from the services here! My kitty had a swollen eye one day as I woke up, I did some calling around to other veterinaries and they all told me the same thing. That there will not be any open appointments until next week.
