Jasmine’s doctor spent almost an hour with us evaluating her condition and listening to her and our concerns about her. This is the best experience we’ve had with her, and it was obvious to both of us that the doctor and his assistant both care about their patients and their wellbeing, and that they are willing to spend time educating their parents and answering questions. My dog had some serious needs and the staff and doctor couldn’t have done a better job fixing her up. They are such great people. I give them my highest recommendation!
Dr. Kappen was great: experienced, thorough, and answered my questions. The cost for the yearly exam and vaccines was very reasonable. My dog Brinkley is always anxious when visiting the vet and whines continuously, but not today! She was calm with Dr. Kappen and his assistant. I think she knew she was in good hands. Brinkley and I will definitely return.
Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Kappen is a great vet. He is great with my dogs and explains everything very well. I never wait long and the prices are very reasonable. They are convenient and open on Saturdays. They are friendly and happy to see clients. They are my absolute favorite vet clinic ever and I have had dogs for 25 years or more.
Best vet visit ever! Everyone was great! My dog has a new vet! Thank you!!
