I love this place. Every single person has been compassionate and supportive especially Dr. Kahn, he makes himself available to answer questions, provide affordable pet care and research options. He offers follow up visits to ensure treatments are working and no side effects. It is extremely refreshing to have someone as kind hearted and as compassionate as Dr. Kahn is. I would give it a ZERO star if I could! I am beyond frustrated with this location. I called and made a confirmed appointment for 10:00 AM 2 days ago because my dog has a skin infection that needs medical attention. I even received TWO text reminders and confirmed the slot beforehand. I showed up on time, only to find the doors locked and the clinic completely empty. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Easy Vet in Allen, Texas. The biggest issue was an employee named Ashley, who repeatedly displayed a rude and dismissive attitude toward customers. During my visit, I heard her make comments such as, “How should I know, you’re the one that made the appointment,” and “I’m not sure, I just work here.” These are not the kinds of responses anyone should expect when seeking care for their pet.
