Easy to make an appt. Staff and Vet are polite and professional. Have used this office many years with confidence and great satisfaction.
I love this place. Every single person has been compassionate and supportive especially Dr. Kahn, he makes himself available to answer questions, provide affordable pet care and research options. He offers follow up visits to ensure treatments are working and no side effects. It is extremely refreshing to have someone as kind hearted and as compassionate as Dr. Kahn is. I would give it a ZERO star if I could! I am beyond frustrated with this location. I called and made a confirmed appointment for 10:00 AM 2 days ago because my dog has a skin infection that needs medical attention. I even received TWO text reminders and confirmed the slot beforehand. I showed up on time, only to find the doors locked and the clinic completely empty.
