Rented an ebike and it was fun. Only issue was the battery slowly died after about 2 and a half hours and about 10 miles. Prior to leaving Easyrider I asked him why the battery indicator was showing half full. He said he replaced it and it had to update to full. Yes, I fell for that answer and did not ask for one that showed full. I brought it back and all they offered was to replace the battery. Again....there are many choices for rentals in HB....if you do go here insist the battery SHOWS full on the indicator.

I had a super 73 that I dropped off for a tube change on my back tire. When I got the bike back my tire was completely off of the rim and the rim was bent, there is a cord that connects to my motor and they super glued it shut so it can’t open anymore. That’s $500 worth in damage already alone. Not only that but when they put my peg back on my bike they put it in the wrong spot and drilled a whole new hole into my rim. Now I have to get a new rim, a new tire and tube, a new motor for my back tire. That’s almost 1 grand in da... read more
