Professional service. Afsaneh went out of her way to show us a number of suits that fit our requirements. She was extremely helpful, efficient and client-focused. Best of all, she investigated and patiently responded to all our questions.
I do not recommend EasyRent. I have reported the following issues to the manager at EasyRent and I had never received an appropriate response, I had to terminate my rent due to unprofessional language by agents. Consider the following: 1) I received a letter on 5 March 2023 that my rent should be increased from February 2023z I called and discussed that in BC, 3 months notice is mandatory.
