Chris, Sarah, Alan and the young fella are super experienced and easy to deal with. Could perhaps get similar gear cheaper at Bunnings but I came here for the advice. It was worth it. These guys supported me over two months as I slowly pieced together a complicated irrigation system with seven sections for a large block. They designed the system at no charge, selected the parts for me, gave lots of advice over the phone while I was on the job and graciously refunded me for the few parts that were surplus at the end. Thank you EasyRain people. You helped me put together a working solution for my domestic pump issue. Brindabella is a long way from the shops 1.5 hrs, and I really appreciated the knowledgeable staff. The lady, the young guy with the funny haircut, and the silver back boss? whom helped put the final pieces of the plumbing puzzle made my day. Thank you.
Great to visit a supplier who doesn't take the piss out of kooky old farmers with whacky ideas! I left with a prototype of exactly what I'd envisaged, it works a treat and I'll be back to buy more. Thanks so much!
