Absolutely fantastic service - from the very start by Kim taking our initial call and being so caring and understanding. Sam the engineer came to my mums and was very friendly and explained what the problem was . Fixed it without any problems . Really fast service, and fixed the problem quickly and effectively, 10/10 would recommend!
The engineer who fitted dad's stair lift went above and beyond just fitting it and it was after 7 pm when he left , the upholstery was a great match for the stair carpet and I can't see where the wires are that run from the stair lift to the front box room , amazing job done well
