No updates on order and took us to contact them to get anything. Copped attitude from the receptionist and even laughed at me while trying to to get put through to the manager. Manager was no better and I had to chase him up as he didn't ringr back like he said. Tech turned up over 30mins late to appointment then proceeded to smoke while on site. Tech left dirty marks all over my wall near door and didn't clean up all the concrete dust he made from drilling into the wall. New springs weren't lubricated properly causing them ... read more
