Absolute waste of time! Arranged for site attendance and quote for electric gate installation. After waiting 2 ½ weeks to be emailed the quote, I contacted them again for an update. I was told that it would be actioned immediately. Again waited 3 days for the same inaction. Highly recommend if you're into having to harass a business into taking your money. One star review is a compliment..
What a waste of my time. I waited 1 and a half weeks to come out and measure for a new roller door..they turned up did their thing said quote would be emailed in a couple of days..nope ! I rang them 2 weeks later looking for my quote...they said oh sorry ...youlle have in a couple of days...2 weeks later still nothing...they cant be believed ...lie lie lie..
The worst company I have ever dealt with . Over 3 months and a number of phone calls and still not even a quote sent . Contacted the supplier B&D doors and still no contact. Yeppoon is the hardest place on the planet to get a roller door. Would never recommend this company
Amazing service, Caroline was very friendly and easy to deal with on the phone . Sorted a day and time asap to sort my problem out. Technicians arrived on time,friendly and very easy to deal with, Got the job done without any dramas and panel door back in operation. Thanks again.
