Rented a property for a little over a year. Sam and the team at EasyLets were absolutely superb for the entire period. Property was in a great condition at the beginning, and any issues that arose during the letting period were dealt with in a timely manner with solid communication throughout. If you’re looking to rent from easy let’s, don’t. They don’t complete repairs (I had to go all winter with a broken window and no heating!) and they will do everything to keep your deposit at the end of the tenancy. Avoid at all cost! Edit: I was shouted at by my old property manger, Chantelle Gunn, today because I am fighting for my deposit back and she wants me to stop. We used Easylets as our letting agent for over 3 & a half years. I cannot fault their service. They are efficient & professional. If you want ‘hassle free’ property management then I would highly recommend Easylets. We stopped using Easylets simply because it was the right time for us to sell , otherwise we would still have Easylets as our agent.
