Will never rent from them again!! Fought nail and tooth to have stuff done in the property always paid the rent on time, once I moved out I see the full flat has now been totally refurbished!! Avoid at all costs go with a company that cares about the conditions they have people living in. Absolutely appalled at seeing the flat has been refurbished after fighting for so long and the only option I had was to move out in the end!!
Rented a property for a little over a year. Sam and the team at EasyLets were absolutely superb for the entire period. Property was in a great condition at the beginning, and any issues that arose during the letting period were dealt with in a timely manner with solid communication throughout. If you’re looking to rent from easy let’s, don’t. They don’t complete repairs (I had to go all winter with a broken window and no heating!) and they will do everything to keep your deposit at the end of the tenancy. Avoid at all cost! Edit: I was shouted at by my old property manger, Chantelle Gunn, today because I am fighting for my deposit back and she wants me to stop.
