They're supposed to be buying my land on a price we both agreed to and I signed the contract and everything and told me it wasn't going to take no more than 30 days its been almost three months. The contract doesn't have a closing date or expiration date on it. They might have some happy clients but they're playing around with me. I have to call the law firm for an update instead of the company trying to purchase the land updating me.
