The staff here are absolutely amazing! My parents faced a relatively immediate, forced move to Thunder Bay due to medical reasons and moved into a retirement living community. I had no idea renting furniture was even a possibility! Every staff member - from selecting furniture, drafting the rental agreement to delivery and pick-up went above and beyond. They were friendly and supportive - something I really needed in a time of turmoil - I can't thank them enough!
