We just happened to duck into the Smiths Falls store and found fridge to buy. In store service was great. Peter, who did the delivery was fantastic. Friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that I wasn't able to tip him onsite and when I went to the store to give him one I was told tipping is against company policy...which I strongly disagree with. Delivering a fridge, by yourself, in the intense heat and wrestling it down a set of stairs is worth a little extra.
Why I'm giving a one star is because our star employee is gone. Taylor sorry if I spelled your name wrong but you were amazing alongside Jesse and Darren. The New manager screwed with accounts made my daughter starve because he messed up her file, cannot even keep his name badge on right side up. I refuse to deal with him as a long time customer of easy home, you tried to make things right and you got in trouble for standing up for your customer, and the manger didn't like that. One star for getting rid of one of their best employees Taylor she was amazing so kind she stood up to the new manager messing up everyone’s accounts and the new manager didn’t like that since easy home got their new manager everything has been messed up I’m ready to return all my items the real ones that should have been manager should have been Darren or jesse as they would have been the right fit for the job. And again really upset with easy home for getting rid of a star employee Taylor.
