Brand new bedroom set completely ruined. Explanation was it was left in the elevator and a neighbor must’ve hit / moved it. My couch fabric is torn, tv stand chipping my apartment door has chips. The guy I spoke with on the phone offered no resolution , not even a discount , an apology nothing! It took a lot for me to do this review but I woke up with no bed to sleep on and a completely mutilated bedroom set that is less than a month old and no type of resolution I don’t even think the company has any type of insurance.
