I wanted to replace the rollers on my garage door to fix the squeeks and creeks they said $350. Came over and talked me into replacing the gromets on my spring bar for $400. I agreed. He also said things like the spring is dangerous and wanted to replace EVERYTHING. I said no. One sheet small sheet metal part needed replacing he said $150 for a $25 dollar part. I said keep the old one and that the price was ridiculous. He back pedaled and found one in his truck used that he replaced for free. Only BC I pushed back. Once done... read more

First of all, SUNDAY!!! Ben was on time on short notice, knew what was needed, and did the reprogramming on a new system someone else had installed, very quickly. Also, looked over the rest of the system. Pointed out some eqpt is old and no longer spec, as well as minor adjustments that can be done. Goave oricing on some replacements. Good tech, good analysis, good salesman.
