Ordering was easy, installation was way easier than I had been planning for. I did place one call during installation with a minor question, and I spoke with a real person immediately who was very knowledgeable. What are you waiting for? Ditch the wood smoke (burning eyes, smelly clothes) for beautiful, clean gas!
My ordered burner languished in a USPS regional sorting center for a full week until Easy Fire Pits jumped into the mix and got my order “unstuck” from that center. I got my burner today thanks to Easy Fire Pits customer service. What a great group of folks!!! I highly recommend them!!!
