I have been trying to resolve a serious loan-account issue with Easy Financial for many months. My signed agreement states a 180-month term ending in 2040, but the account was later administered on a 240-month/2045 structure. After extensive correspondence, Easy Financial acknowledged to me in writing that the terms in its system had been changed in error and did not match the signed loan documents. During my initial interview in person the gentleman who took my application which was "pre-approved" just kept laughing at me. Like I was stupid. I have 200,000$ equity in my home and he made me feel like I was somehow a failure for asking for help because at the moment my employer had cut my hours which is why I needed help ... Then your requirement of looking at 3 months of banking information is not something I want to share...I would never recommend your company
