Had a loan with them 5 years ago. Paid it off 4 years ago. And was just told by my financial advisor that they are reporting to my credit that I am constantly missing payments for a loan that I paid off four years ago. I called the office and they told me that it was sent to a collection agency which then again also doesn’t make sense because I paid off my debt four years ago and they’re still for four years have been hitting my credit and now it’s affected my credit do not recommend.

It’s taken me a few days to get the confidence to write this, since here it goes. I called Easyfinancial to help me with major debt, and I wasn’t taken seriously.
