If you ask to switch bank accounts, they will make you sign a new PAD, you can tell them 2 weeks in advance, you can get verbal confirmation from an employee that your previous card will no longer be charged and your new card will be. Pésimo servicio, en la página te dicen que te aprueban el préstamo. Pero cuando vas a la oficina. No te dan mayor información, además sus trabajadores son pésimos en servicio al cliente.

I had no issue with the loan or its terms. The issue is the complete failure of this branch to manage my account securely or professionally, especially during final loan repayment. I was locked out of my account starting June 21, 2025, due to a retired email address on file. I immediately contacted the branch and spoke with a manager on June 20, who assured me the login email would be updated so I could pay off my loan in full. That update never happened.
