Very friendly and helpful. The lady name Shiwali was very kind and patient. She guide me through the application and explain everything.
Just talked to shiwali, after explaining my situation to her, she abruptly disconnected the call after saying it’s upto you after I disagreed to do a credit inquiry. Unprofessional behaviour and rude attitude. Won’t do business with easy financial ever because of employees like these.
