Tom is phenomenal he was able to help me increase my loan, switch from bi-weekly to monthly payments that better fit my needs, was extra patient and explained everything wonderfully. I know communication and extending a loan via email can sometimes be a little more challenging but this was a great experience. If you ever need help I highly recommend seeing Tom!
Very knowledgable, courteous and patient with me in explaining the aspects of my loan
Id rate it 0 if I could. Gave me a loan which was nice, but then proceeded to tell me that I added on credit building (which I did not). Charged me for 3 months $20.80. Call in to have it cancelled on two different occasions, they said it was cancelled. Continued to get charged. I called again and they said I never had credit building and they need to put a ticket in.
