Id rate it 0 if I could. Gave me a loan which was nice, but then proceeded to tell me that I added on credit building (which I did not). Charged me for 3 months $20.80. Call in to have it cancelled on two different occasions, they said it was cancelled. Continued to get charged. I called again and they said I never had credit building and they need to put a ticket in.

they took an advantage of my deaf with low vision friend. my friend borrowed 2k because she was in a lowest point of her life. now she has to pay $165 for 60 months. guess how much profit? almost $8,000 dollars in profit from her. she came up to me whining about her bills. youre not helping people but put them in the worse position. website say 29.9% for personal loan up to $15k but they charge her 46.46%. i had to find the name of app to view her statement, she never know about this for three years.
