Don’t do it if you can avoid it. They did give me a loan, but did not explain about 80% of it and added on a credit monitoring feature they didn’t mention was useless and $755. They don’t return calls or emails since getting the loan because they know what they did. Gross business practices and I’ll be filing with BBB and consumer affairs. Lying and hooking people into contracts without being upfront about the cost is nothing but predatory.

I was unsure whether to proceed with their services at first. However, the entire team has been helpful since the very beginning. I took out a loan with this company, and they initially told me my loan payments would be low. However, they added charges for an auto plan and a house plan, even though I explicitly told them I didn’t want those benefits. After reviewing my payments and account details, I decided to cancel the loan within the 14-day period to avoid penalties and fees.
