Extremely Disappointed – Unethical and Unprofessional I took a loan with this institution based on their promise that after 3 months, I’d be eligible for another loan at a reduced interest rate. When I followed up, I was told nothing would change and to call back after 6 months. I called again, only to face more excuses—including a false claim that I had filed a CP. None of this was true.
