It is what you would expect from a loan company. Service is great but Kleff in specific is extremely rude and offers backhanded comments when I was trying to voice my frustration. Most of their staff is lovely but Kleff was unfriendly, stubborn and couldn't even do the basic customer service of supporting me through the stress especially in this industry. If I could leave a negative review for every single day I had this loan, I would. I was in a tight spot and thought this was my only option. Upfront, they make it seem like they are going to help you, but they conveniently gloss over the fine print. This loan put me in a much worse position than where I started. First of all, you can’t trust these reviews because they offer you $10 Amazon gift cards to leave 5 star reviews. I’m dealing with them right now, I was in a really tight spot and had no other choice but to take out a loan with them and they are definitely predatory lenders. My experience at easy financial far exceeded my expectations. In particular, Gurkirat Singh, the branch manager, devoted a great deal of time, energy, and patience in answering all my questions. He made certain that I understood all my options and what the ramifications of my choices would be. Definitely a five star experience!
