HORRIBLE ! Customer service 0/10 . They harassed me for months to apply for a loan. They dragged me through this whole process to give me a stupid story about my rent being too high ... also they screwed up the numbers and I was rejected , yet the banks qualified me for 50k loan . Their rates are horrible 0/10 and when i was rejected because their process , they didnt call me back. Just excuse after excuse .
