I had a bad experience at another branch and tried last time to get help from this branch all they did was we will call you back after we talked to the manager which they never did All of a sudden I get a call from this branch to raise my limit on my loan when I'm almost paid off?? Are you kidding me ? After how I got treated by easy financial the lies and this branch not trying to help me there's no way I will get a loan with you this company again
Unfortunately lately I have not been able to reach anyone from this branch. Ive emailed, followed up on the email, called multiple times and left voicemails and still nothing. Very odd and quite frustrating
Never ever trust these people to call you back. I’ve called 3 times the last two weeks for the same issue, every time I was told I’d get a call back in about 2hrs. Never received one
Very quick service and they are patient. Listened to me and helped me find certain needed documents.
Shraddha is easy to work with and walked me through everything perfectly making sure I understand. Highly recommend
