Scam artists! They would reply within the hour when I wanted a summary while I was doing the regular payments. As soon as I mentioned I wanted to pay off the loan they did not awnser 5 phone calls, the lady from easy financial kanata told me they would send me a document showing what I have left to pay off within an hour. Week later there was nothing. They ghosted me for two weeks!

Three days of constant phone calls, figured they were spam, finally answer. Immediately start in on me about late payments etc... explain to them I have never heard of them or have an account, more accusations and "get to our office". After forcing them to reveal to me a name of who they think they were calling, sure enough, although they have the right first name, the last name was different. Wrong phone number, no apology, no nothing. They don't even confirm or know who they are talking to. They just up and hung up on me. ... read more
