They do not accept my bank for a loan
Getting anyone to return my calls or emails is like pulling teeth. Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. I completely regret getting involved with them solely based on how they do business.
applied online for loan and they sent Me an email saying to call-in for further assistance from a representative.. when I called i got met with a very rude person who almost seemed annoyed of my call,i asked about the email and she blandedly told me that my credit wasn't good enough and that's hey I got declined.. then immediately hung up without letting me say anything else. Just hung up. then I went and took my business elsewhere where I got a loan the same day. without any hassle.
