Hard to really put a star on my experience due to. Yes when I came in, I got the services done that needed to be done. (got my account paid off) however not even sure what the person‘s name was all I know is that they work at the front well one of the front desks and I know that for customer service as I’ve been in customer service for over 15 years, you need to be friendly with clients and customers however, I believe this was taken a little bit too far.
