We saw the ad next to dollar store, we discovered that it was not, after 3 set of stairs (there is no option for disabled) when we finally arrived, the women in front just looked at us, without any intention of helping us, we waited for more than 10 min and no one helped us or even acknowledged us, but as soon as a man came in they automatically smiled and kindly asked him to wait. If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I suspect many of the five-star reviews are fake. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Amrita from this branch. I received an unprofessional and threatening email from her after my account became past due—an issue that was caused by their own employee's failure to update my banking information, despite me providing the correct details on multiple occasions.
