There are some great employees here, and some are extremely unhelpful. I recently reached out because I knew I wouldn't have the payment ready so I emailed to say I wanted to shift it to the following Friday. They didn't see it till a week later and took it out later than it was supposed to and this was the ensuing conversation, no accountability and just threats and insults. If you don't want to work in a customer-facing position, there are other jobs you can take.
If you need a loan the manager is the person for you. Christine is an amazing person and knows her job. I give her 5 stars
The most unprofessional personal . The worst service !
Terrible experience. 1. They upsell these ridiculous insurance and credit builder which are of no use. 2. Sent multiple Requests via email and call for a change of bank where to pull the money out for payment but was never actioned 3. Lack of training for checking qualifications for eligibiility of clients.
