When I got a loan with easyfinancial, I was never made aware of the credit card optimizer. It was told to me that easyfinancial would report my loan activity to TransUnion, but there was no mention of a monthly subscription. Fast forward, I paid off the loan in the branch. I asked if there will be any other charges, I was told no. Someone in the branch should've reminded me of this optimizer subscription but no one did, so I had this subscription without even knowing! I really loved the service. Het is the one who guided me really well and I received my funds very fast.
Worst branch ever stole money out of my account today with no authorization, filed a police report and it was approved. Sent a formal cease and desist and they have never complied. This branch needs to be shut down!
There are some great employees here, and some are extremely unhelpful. I recently reached out because I knew I wouldn't have the payment ready so I emailed to say I wanted to shift it to the following Friday. They didn't see it till a week later and took it out later than it was supposed to and this was the ensuing conversation, no accountability and just threats and insults. If you don't want to work in a customer-facing position, there are other jobs you can take.
