applied a couple months ago and got denied. Kajal from Branch 2640 reached out TO ME and asked if i wanted to try again and and i said ok. not only did they pull my report twice in 35 days she Made me provide MOUNTAINS of information under the promise that since additional info to prove my status in canada is being requested that means i passed the credit and income check and i am approved they just need this to finalize. AFTER 3 DAYS she now comes back to me and says i am denied.
Great staff at this location loved talking with them.
Easyfinancial does not respect loyal Customers. Have dealt with them for many years and they will not work with you to help you out when you need it but are always more than willing to take your money.
