Horrible experience Frank is a very unprofessional customer representative/manager. Hopefully he doesnt pay a visit to your kids too as he just randomly shows up at anyone's house. Store needs a manager who doesnt harass there consumers/customers The lady prior to him was a gem. Its too bad the store gets a bad rep now all because of someone's ego.
