Horrible experience Frank is a very unprofessional customer representative/manager. Hopefully he doesnt pay a visit to your kids too as he just randomly shows up at anyone's house. Avoid using this company at all cost.
Their website says if you if you apply there will be no changes to your credit score. But that is only true if you proceed with the loan. Other than that, high interest rates, trying to push me to borrow a lot more money than I actually need, so I am further in depth. Do not recommend.
Unprofessional over the phone, calls multiple times a day even though I've never taken out a loan with this business. Please stop contacting me. When I called customer service to have any information of mine removed from their system the customer service agent was rude about trying to get more information out of me
