The representative, Puyan, from the Kelowna Westbank branch provided outstanding support. He worked on my application the entire day and helped me successfully secure the funds. His dedication and professionalism were truly impressive. I highly recommend that anyone seeking assistance with line of credit or any other loan to connect with him directly.
Awful experience all around, was manipulated into a second loan under the impression I would be making one payment twice a month thats is it. Their protection plan doesn't work. They caused me over 200$ in nsf fees because of payments that should of never left my account and refuse to own up to it.
