I want to commend and spotlight the exceptional and outstanding customer service provided by, Jessica, one of the Easy Financial representatives, at the Second St. location, Cornwall. My son made several unsuccessful attempts to secure a temporary loan at various agencies. My son's panicked state was not condusive in retaining information which could assist him, nor was he able to process suggestions for alternative options. Ive been using easy financial for a decade. Love it to build my credit. I’m an Ottawa customer typically. Used Cornwall once and I’ll be paying it off and never using easy financial again. I know several people who currently have loans that I’ve personally referred and I’ll be letting them know why I won’t be going back. I’m sure they won’t either.
Never get a loan with them ever they are a bunch of crooks they still take out money from bank account even if your loan is all paid in full they do that to a lot of people I paid $10000 in interest and they think it's not enough they want more money
