ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THEY HARRASSED 100 TIMES A DAY WHILE I AM WORKING AND CANNOT ANSWER THE PHONE FOR MISSING A 27 DOLLAR PAYMENT. NOT ONLY THAT BUT THEY DO NOT WAIT FOR ME TO CALL BACK, THEY CALLED MY LANDLORD. ON A MONDAY RIGHT AFTER I HAD MISSED MY PAYMENT THE DAY BEFORE. WHEN I GOT HELPED BY ANIKA AND SHE ASKED ME FOR MY LANDLORD'S NUMBER, I TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT MY LANDLORD TO KNOW MY BUSINESS, SHE SAID OH NO WE NEVER CALL. THOSE WERE HER EXACT WORDS.
