Davinder gave great service over the phone and was very friendly. He processed my loan very fast and the process was easy. Him and the manager Stephen gave financial advice. Response times could be faster from recent staff which caused me to drop two stars.

Not only is the interest ASTRONOMICAL, I was told by mouth that there was no penalty paid on principal payments and was encouraged to pay as soon as possible with lump sums. After noticing interest deducted on a bunch I asked them about it. They send me a contract copy literally stating the EXACT opposite. Don’t do it!!!! Don’t use this company unless you plan on dying soon, because once you see the interest you will have a heart attack. Luckily I could afford to pay my 4 year term in 5 months.
