Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the Pembroke Branch. Jessica and Jasmine were both exceptionally pleasant and helpful.
Didn’t awnser there phone for 2 days no email starting any status change on application over lack of communication and transparency needs new management
This is the most shady business I've ever dealt with they take money out before there surpose to. they always charge you the day before a holiday so they can get NSF fees. I've been double charged for payments everytime they take money out before there surpose to you get a NSF fee from them plus your bank so you get charged about 80 dollars for one missed payment or they put it to the end of your payment and forget to mention it turns Into 4 more payments. Absolute crooks
Matt was very friendly and easy to deal with and returned calls quickly. Answered my questions professionally and was very helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend using the service if traditional banking is not an option
