Done with this runaround where the banks say no, we say yes—what a crock! So I was flagged for something I didn't do. This company plays judge, jury, and executioner. I didn't defraud this company; they don't have any evidence that it's me who applied fraudulently. Now they don't want to lessen or remove the flag under my name. A manager at one of their stores has confirmed my ID, but yet the fraud department still wants to flag me fraudulently on their behalf.
