I have dealt with Easy financial for almost 6 years now. The inital set up was stressful but the gentleman I worked with was good. I have had issues throughout the loan that I have needed support on and the staff and company have been there with solutions to lessen the stress. I have recently had to change the loan a bit and KEVIN has been a rockstar! Was approved quickly, easy process, and Hazel was so friendly and helpful
This place has now lied to me involving a matter about changing the loan from every two weeks to monthly since I lost my job and now they don’t care about changing it and told me I’ll have no choice but to stick with no weekly. GOODLUCK WITH COLLECTIONS. And FYI they lie on your loan application to get you approved! I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star but I have no other choice. I hope police realizes these frauds.
