Falsely advertise and represent themselves. Misleading. Stated they could help me after I divulged my situation and numbers. Submitted requested documents to support my statements. Never called me back, never returned my calls. Ghosted me. They reneged. Not an agency I would want to have involved in my finances. Unprofessional, incompetent.
