The loan process was easy, but once my loan was paid off they automatically signed me up for the "credit optimizer". When I questioned them after quite a few months of this payment coming out for a service I didn't want, they responded with "we sent you an email to opt out of it" which in fact they did not (I checked my junk mail as well).
