My experience was an awesome one. My Financial Service Representative, Gitika Arora was very helpful and understanding.
I got my loan easy enough. Was one day late on one payment in over 2 years. I was told they were going to waive my NSF charge. I was appreciated of that especially only actually being under 12 hours late in making my payment. I call back a few months later to find out when my loan was finished and the last payment would be. I was told August 1st. Needless to say I called a couple of days after August 1st to double check.
