Leaving a poor review for the regent location! There was no issues untill the company randomly took 400 plus dollars out of my account on a non payment date ( i had pre authorized payments set up) When i called to inquire why and how they can take money from my bank account with out permission, the staff were not sorry at all and didnt even care that it had happened, nor did they know how it happened! They have horrible customer service, treat customers poorly, and can't seem to give the right information ever, they all have different answers somehow when you talk to a different person. I would never ever get a loan with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Every single person I know who has ever gotten a loan with them has had issues.
Kanishka was amazing from the start. Listened to what I needed and made it a smooth process from stress to relief. The documents were a breeze and it was all ready to go in a flash. She was very articulate in explaining all the terms and options I was going to be dealing with. I look forward to possibly using these services again in the future if I need a quick financial resolution. Ask for her! She’s great 5/5+ stars
