I had no issue with the loan or its terms. The issue is the complete failure of this branch to manage my account securely or professionally, especially during final loan repayment. I was locked out of my account starting June 21, 2025, due to a retired email address on file. I immediately contacted the branch and spoke with a manager on June 20, who assured me the login email would be updated so I could pay off my loan in full. That update never happened. Bunch of ill advised rude employees that can not and will not properly tell you company policies when asked. I highly recommend you do not use this branch specifically, if I could give this place a 0 I would do it.
