Misleading and pressure-based sales tactics. I was told declining an expensive loan could hurt my credit and that I should accept the funds and repay them immediately to “fix” the hard inquiry. That is not accurate and felt like pressure to take on high-interest debt. Very concerning.

DISRESPECTFUL, STAY AWAY!!! I called on 03 March 2026 and was approved for a $9,000.00 loan at about 35%. High Interest, but I was ok with it. They told me the approval is guaranteed and I will get the money after the paperwork is processed and I sign the agreement at Shoppers World. Later that day, he calls me back and tells me THE APPLICATION WAS CANCELLED because I was using a Credit Counsellor for some debt I had 2 years ago.
