After a long consolidation process, there was a small remaining balance to be paid . Discussed with easy to make a few more payments. Signed the agreement and 2 weeks later they put 2 bad credit hits on my report. I even recorded the conversation when I asked “ so I don’t need to make a payment for 28 days?”. Which the guy I spoke to said “yes that’s correct”. Dirty
Yes rate are crazy but when you need a quick loan this is the place rate are hight but usually pack with in 6 months ish so its not bad .... I recommend that place if u need a quick financial help they will etransfer you direct in no time ... not like banks !!
I had the pleasure of working with Shawna and Tara (I believe that’s her name), and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Not impressed with the service I received. I specifically told the agent that I did not want loan protection. I did this on the phone 2-3 times and once right before the paper work was printed. Yet somehow when I get the paperwork I'm paying 63 dollars a month extra for loan protection. I feel this was done on purpose because I told the agent id pay off the loan within the month. Easy financial has just lost any future business.
For an easy adventure with easy financial started with getting through the usual loan approval loops. Ended up never having a rep call me back, so I was constantly on a chase for them to give my information, had said information lost multiple times so I had to give it again, got their branch number and everything to give the information through email, had my application fall through from them literally not properly following up. Had to wait a month to reapply from their negligence which at this point my credit score has take... read more
