I wasn’t planning on writing a review, but my experience with the manager, Shawn, was extremely disappointing. He was rude, unhelpful, and made the process unnecessarily difficult. He showed no concern for customer service and did not seem interested in helping at all. I’m honestly surprised someone with this attitude is in a management position. Dina was so helpful and I really can't thank her enough! From the moment I applied to getting approved everything was so easy and everyone I had talked to on the phone brought me through the process smoothly and I feel like they all really helped my chances of getting approved even though I don't have a good Credit Score.
