Well...I originally left a 5 star review after I got a loan from them. After 4 or so years, broken promises of a lower interest rate, having to get statements from them to renew our mortgage and just trying to get information in general I got sent to head office for things that they needed to provide. We decided to just pay off the loan just to get rid of them. Then after my wife made it very clear were not ever going to deal with them again they proceeded to call me.
