I took out a loan with this company, and they initially told me my loan payments would be low. However, they added charges for an auto plan and a house plan, even though I explicitly told them I didn’t want those benefits. After reviewing my payments and account details, I decided to cancel the loan within the 14-day period to avoid penalties and fees. My Dad has dealt with Easy Financial for awhile. They told him he was eligible for an increase, he accepted and then spent a week leaving messages for someone to call back so they could do the paperwork. Called again today and was told his agreement to increase "expired". Guess they're so busy they no longer care about existing customers just the new ones.
