Easy financial took an unauthorized $9.95 from our bank account over a month after we had paid off the loan fully and closed the account! I wouldn’t trust these people for a single loan . They told us our account was closed but now we may have to close our bank account and open a new one because they are stealing our money no matter how small the amount is unprofessional.
Kara was a amazing lady that had so much patience with me in helping me navigate my email accounts to setup for my loan application. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend her and easy fiance to all my friends. Thank you for a wonderful experience
