I called this branch on Dec 3rd at 6:02 PM. After letting the phone ring forever, a lady finally picked up and instead of greeting me, she started yelling in Hindi at someone, saying “phone kyu karte ho agar baat nahi karni to.” I said “Hello” multiple times and she hung up on me. I used to have a loan with this company for many years which I finally paid off last August. They said that it will take up to days to have my bureaux updated. So far Equifax has been updated but no TU. I called them and sent emails and was told that there is nothing they can do. I ask for debt satisfaction letter and was told that they don't give such letter.
